Description

The site comprises greenfield lands zoned for residential development. It is included in the Oldcourt-Ballycullen Local Area Plan area. The lands are located in proximity to existing residential developments and services such as retail, bus services, childcare units.

The permitted development is a high quality residential housing scheme (74 No. three and four bedroom houses), associated open space with playground and kick-about spaces, and associated infrastructure.

Our Role

Tom Phillips + Associates (TPA) were employed to provide town planning services to the client, working closely with the scheme Architects, MOLA Architects and conducting pre-planning consultation with the Planning Authority, South Dublin County Council.

TPA provided strategic planning advice to the Applicant and Design Team and served as the Agent for the Planning Application.

Planning Outcome

South Dublin County Council issued a Final Grant on 27th January 2016.
