On 26th April 2011, Tesco Extra opended its doors as part of the ongoing redevelopment of Laois Shopping Centre.  This Tesco Extra is a significant extension to the Tesco store previously existing on-site.  This is the first phase of the opening of the revamped Centre, with future plans to open over the coming year. 

Tom Phillips + Associates has represented Harcourt Developments as planning consultant since the first permission was granted for the redevelopment of the Centre in 2006.

Tom Phillips + Associates are proud to be part of such a major redevleopment as it provides a very attractive face to Portlaoise and particularly given the number of jobs that the construction of the Centre has created and the number of jobs that it will create when the centre is fully operational.
