Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council have published the Draft Sandyford Urban Framework Plan as proposed Variation No. 2 to the Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Development Plan 2010-2016.

The stated purpose of the Plan is to 'set out the policies and objectives that, when implemented, will transform Sandyford Business Estates from a collection of disparate, poorly connected estates, to a co-ordinated, cohesive, business district.'

We understand that Submissions in respect of the Draft Sandyford Urban Framework Plan can be made from Monday 10th January 2011 to Monday 7th February 2011.
