On 1st December 2010, the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government and the Advisory Group on Unfinished Housing Developments published the Draft Guidance Manual for Managing and Resolving Unfinished Housing Developments as a conusltation draft to seek the views and input of the general public, Local Authorities and key stakeholders in the house-building sector.

We understand that submissions in relation to the Draft Guidance may be made by 4pm on Friday, 14th January 2011.  The final version of the manual is expected to be published in February 2011.
