On 3rd March 2011, An Bord Pleanála granted planning permission for the redevelopment of the Former Naas VEC, Limerick Road, Naas, Co. Kildare.  The scheme involved the demolition of all of the structures on the site and the construction of a mixed-use development comprising: a 5,080 sq m supermarket; an independent retail unit; a café; an 8-screen cinema; a public plaza; car parking; and ancillary works.

Tom Phillips + Associates acted on behalf of the Applicant's (Superquinn Limited) and were involved in the planning application at both Planning Authority and An Bord Pleanála levels.  We are delighted with the result, which is of major significance to Naas.
