The Grangegorman SDZ Draft Planning Scheme was lodged with the Planning Authority on Thursday 28th April 2011.  Tom Phillips + Associates was responsible for the conceptualisation and structuring of the Planning Scheme including authoring four of the eight chapters.  TPA also prepared the SEA Environmental Report and the Appropriate Assessment Screening Report in association with Natura Environmental Consultants.
