Tom Phillips + Associates has grown from an initial compliment of seven people in 2002 to become Ireland's largest planning practice, with offices in Dublin, Cork and also an international office in New Zealand. This size allows the Practice to undertake a wide variety of assignments, over a wide geographic area.

In addition to town planners, the Practice employs a Graphic Designer, who leads the 3-D Visualisation section of the Company and plays a crucial role in the Practice's output.

All staff operate within a team structure, each team led at Senior Level by a Director or an Associate.
